• Started my career in the traditional chemical industry (Celanese Chemicals) in 1996 after my PhD in Chemical Engineering from RWTH Aachen, Germany
• I’ve gone full circle: from doing Sales in the US, running businesses (Emulsions Textile, Engineered Fabrics in Europe as well as the global glass fiber business) and taking care of Operations and New Business Development on a global scale
• Joined Henkel Adhesive Technologies in 2010 as a Corporate Director Strategy and Business Development
• Initiated Corporate Venture Capital at Henkel Adhesive Technologies and proudly head Henkel Tech Ventures as of today
